In Switzerland there are three main language, French, German and Italian. And it is usual to discern the power and economic domination, political and socials exerted by speaking Switzerland (Germanic area) in many areas. But, amazingly, it does not seem to take part in the great movement of new ideas that will govern our immediate future.
Virtually no Web 2.0 service-oriented Swiss International is born in Zurich. CoComment has been initiated by Romand, Plazes is a German, and Echovox and ADS-click Geneva ... Thanks to Raphael for reminding me, LeShop and Swissquote , Both No. 1 in Switzerland (ecommerce and Online Trading) are creations of Western Switzerland, not to mention e-sider.com the BCV .
Beyond Web 2.0, it is very rare to read in blogs or diaries of Zurich brilliant articles on the new world and the economy directly, such as Xavier Comtesse and Bruno Giussani who are or Geneva Ticino.
Is this a sign of declining overseas Sarine elites who dominated and taught for many decades the single thought in Switzerland? Is speaking Switzerland it not only becomes the breeding ground for new ideas Swiss? A big bang for intellectual debate and has just begun!

Still from the provocative, Pascal ... Z'ont may not start-ups that take off now, but they managed to have Google in Zurich. Which is not bad. Like IBM, HP and other big players that we would be much more pronounced on our side. A question of money, taste for risk? It's easier to be an executive at HP, paid monthly 12'000 .- than riding a structure with 20,000 .- substantive departure, which take six months. I notice a great propensity of some of my partners to set up structures next to their main jobs. Freedom speaking ...
